Real estate photography is priced by the size of the property and number of images required. Small houses start at $250. Aerial photography added to a home shoot is $75. Zillow Showcase tours are $100. Cubicasa floor plans start at $75. I can edit floor plans on request. Aerial and property walkthrough video is billed at $100/hr for shooting/editing - most projects are $3-500.
Photography for architects, designers and editorial work requires a bit more time on site and in post-production. Please inquire to find out more about pricing for your project.

I will do minor arranging but the home should be clean and de-cluttered before I arrive for photography. Cars, trash cans, etc. should be moved away from the home.
